But one of my least favorite subjects has got to be Databases. And this is the book to blame. My impression of this book was that it was Ramez A. He holds M. He is known for his work on conceptual database modeling, temporal database design and indexing, database query languages and interfaces, and systems integration. Prior to his current position, Elmasri worked for Honeywell and the University of Houston.

Elmasri has over 70 refereed publications in journals and conference proceedings. He has conducted research in many areas of database systems over the past twenty years, and in the area of integration of systems and software over the past nine years. He has advised many MS and PhD students.The only reason I took a star away is because the density of the material hinders its usability.
